I aggree with the part where the fit is the more important part for hiring someone, yeah they still need to have hard skills. But it’s better to have a good fit with a person than having someone horrible with social skills and over the op hard skills.
I wanted to be better at accessibility on the web and this article make so much sense. With the good practice of CSS class styling everything HTML element can look the same but they don’t havethe same meaning and the same fonction. Styling with aria attribute is very nice, I will try it instead of Tailwind class only.
I didn’t though about it this way but yeah, it is just an opinion :)
